Olin’s Corporate Ethics Office oversees the Code of Conduct and manages ethics initiatives at all Olin locations. In addition, each Olin office or facility has one or more designated Ethics Officers.

Olin offers the Olin Help-Line – a confidential, 24-hour telephone and Internet reporting service designed for our people to ask questions, get advice or report suspected violations of the law or our Code of Conduct.

Responsible Care® is a global initiative aimed at minimizing any negative impact from the manufacture, distribution and use of chemicals, while maximizing the beneficial use of our products in society. Olin’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers prepaid, confidential counseling services to any employee or family member of an employee who needs help with personal problems including drug and alcohol problems.
