"I joined Olin 4 years ago in Project & Process Engineering. I was given a lot of responsibility right up front working on a capital project of $875,000 which was required for the plant to operate. Previously, I supervised 21 operators and a cell maintenance crew, and have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Most recently, I have been promoted to Production Superintendent at Niagara Falls, where I supervise other engineers as well as operators.
